1. Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at theksbcollection@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
4. Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at theksbcollection@gmail.com to obtain a return authorisation and shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- Hair extensions that have been removed from their original packaging or altered in any way.
- Items that are marked as final sale or clearance.
